Reservation | Re-confirmation | Cancellation Policy - Valid till 30th March 2025
(1) Max occupancy per rooms shall be 03 adults OR 02 Adults + 01 child with extra bed
(2) 01 extra infant shall be accommodated, sharing bed with the parents
(3) Meals included in the package cannot be redeemed through in-room dining services
(4) Original Govt. validated ID proofs is required for all the guests, including for children above 6
years, at the time of check in
(5) Nylon swimming rooms/ nylon clothes are mandatory for swimming pool usage
(6) Bookings confirmation and cancellation shall subject to pre-bookings terms and conditions
Normal dates (all dates, excluding the peak dates)
(1) Within 15 days of check in, full retention, for entire length of stay
(2) Within 15-30 of check-in, 50% retention, for entire length of stay
(3) Before 30 days of check in, no retention, for entire length of stay
(4) No refund for no-shows/ stay short cuts
(5) Cancellation refund shall be excluding bank/ gateway charges
Peak dates (20 Dec to 02 Jan, public holidays and weekends contiguous to public holidays)
(1) Within 30 days of check in, full retention, for entire length of stay
(2) Within 30-45 of check-in, 50% retention, for entire length of stay
(3) Before 45 days of check in, no retention, for entire length of stay
(4) No refund for no-shows/ stay short cuts
